About The Position
The Joint Replacement Sales Associate position at Stryker is a field-based role focused on increasing Joint Replacement sales. The associate will assist sales teams and build their own accounts by working with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow their territory. The role requires effective communication with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs. Additionally, the associate will have the opportunity to learn and hone their selling skills through coaching and mentoring from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
