About The Position

The Joint Replacement Sales Associate position at Stryker is a field-based role focused on increasing Joint Replacement sales by assisting sales teams and building personal accounts. The role involves working with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow the territory. The associate will communicate with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs. Additionally, the position offers opportunities to learn and hone selling skills through coaching and mentoring from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years demonstrated success in a professional environment, preferably in sales or medical industry.
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships, particularly with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• BS/BA in Business or other relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
