This position is field-based and requires a strong focus on increasing Joint Replacement sales. The ideal candidate will assist sales teams and build their own accounts by working with existing customers and identifying new customers to grow their territory. The role involves communicating with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn or hone their selling skills and processes through coaching and mentoring from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
