About The Position

You can derive information from complex military operations and apply data to Live, Virtual, and Constructive scenarios to understand system capabilities and limitations. Requirements

• Experience with JTACs, SOF, and Joint Fires.
• Experience assisting in building scenarios and shaping training for customers in the virtual environment, including GRNTS, MACE, MOC-T, VRSG/MetaVR, or virtual environment applications.
• Knowledge of system capabilities and limitations to keep training within the scope of reality for associated participants and equipment.
• Ability to derive information from complex military CONOPs and apply data to Live, Virtual, or Constructive scenarios.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a SOF JTAC-Instructor or SOF JTAC-Evaluator.
• Experience in distributed and Live, Virtual, and Constructive missions across the DoD and multi-national enterprises, utilizing applications and software programs such as MACE, VRSG, GRNTS, and PRINCE systems.
• Knowledge of CAS doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to brief small and large groups to provide training assessment and feedback.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
