About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all facets of joint operations while serving as a Commander, Air Combat Command's (COMACC) Operations Officer, and Joint Staff Operations in all Headquarter Air Force level Air Component Training Exercises (ACTE) with geographic/functional combatant command (GCC/FCC), joint, coalition and/or allied headquarters exercises to train C-MAJCOM/C-NAF Headquarters in their Air Component readiness requirements. Serves as a joint and USAF expert on techniques, tactics, joint procedures/operations, and command and control (C2) interfacing with external organizations' senior most leaders in understanding, analysis, and solutions to complex Joint All-Domain C2 (JADC2) issues.
