About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Joint Exercise Planner / Program Analyst supports planning, coordination, and execution of USTRANSCOM, Joint Staff, and CCMD exercises across CPXs, FTXs, and MCC-CPXs in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6–8 years of joint exercise planning experience.
- Familiarity with CPX, FTX, and MCC-CPX environments.
- Experience supporting CCMD or Joint Staff exercises.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Support JEPG and JECG planning and execution.
- Assist PMs with exercise planning, logistics, and execution.
- Support ExRC operations and exercise control.
- Coordinate training objectives, scenarios, and MSELs.
- Maintain exercise knowledge management systems.
- Support AAR development and JTT closeout.
