Our office in Olathe, KS is currently seeking candidates to join the Sperry team as Visual Joint Bar Analysts. This is an entry-level position that is both challenging & rewarding. Requirements
- Ability to work stationary 8-hour shifts on a computer.
- Proper use of phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- As a visual analyst, you will work to make the railroads safer reviewing digital images (photographs) of metal fixtures (railroad joint bars) looking for visible cracks, and or missing hardware (nuts, bolts). This will be done using our custom data analysis software.
- Learn to produce & provide comprehensive reports to multiple customers
- Coordinate with test car operators in the field to synchronize operations & ensure quality standards.
- Produce reports based on the day’s operation and send to the customer and individuals associated with that days test.
