About The Position

As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. In this position... You will maintain a high weld and sealing quality process, by following the Ford control plan.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Weld engineering
• One or more years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• Weld Certification
• Previous experience within a high-volume production facility.
• Previous automotive, welding engineering and quality analysis experience.
• Experience with Bosch controllers.
• Experience with Kuka or Rockwell automation.
• Sealant experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and team building skills
• Rivet equipment and henrob knowledge
