About The Position
The SASH For All Nurse will play a crucial role in expanding the SASH® (Support and Services at Home) model to support adults and families living in affordable housing in the Brattleboro area. This part-time or contract position focuses on enhancing community resilience, improving health outcomes, and providing health coaching while fostering connections within the community.
