  • Champion a culture of safety across all site activities.
  • Enforce company, federal, and state safety regulations.
  • Oversee programs including JHAs, LOTO, behavior-based safety, and electrical safety compliance.
  • Monitor and audit safety training, orientation, and incident management.
  • Lead and support Trade Superintendents, General Superintendents, and field staff.
  • Drive hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Ensure proper training before work begins and promote work/life balance through rotation planning.
  • Uphold company values and policies across all site operations.
  • Ensure construction activities meet project specs and quality plans.
  • Promote a culture of personal accountability for quality.
  • Support continuous improvement and quality training across the team.
  • Coordinate project startup, alignment meetings, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Review estimates, labor strategies, and risk/opportunity matrices.
  • Lead daily POD meetings and weekly coordination with supervisors.
  • Ensure contract compliance, schedule alignment, and resource planning.
  • Track and report project costs, labor hours, and production metrics.
  • Collaborate with PMs on cost reports, change orders, and invoicing.
  • Monitor project financial health and support positive cash flow.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external interactions.
  • Support local hiring efforts, attend public meetings, and participate in job fairs.
  • 7+ years of supervisory experience on utility-scale solar self-perform EPC projects.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, equipment, and terminology.
  • Safety-first mindset with practical application of safety standards.
  • Willingness to relocate to project sites for the duration of each assignment.
  • Clean MVR.
  • Salary Range: $130,000 to $160,000, based on experience.
