About the position
As an Analyst in the GSA's Lease Contract Administration (LCA), you will play a crucial role in supporting lease management processes. Your primary focus will be on conducting lease file reviews, managing operating cost adjustments, and handling tax adjustments and ownership changes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct annual lease file reviews.
- Manage annual operating cost adjustments (OCAs).
- Handle Government-initiated and Lessor-initiated tax adjustments.
- Manage Change of Ownerships/Novations.
- Maintain ongoing contact with stakeholders including Lessors, Contracting Officers, Transaction Managers, Building Managers, Regional Legal Counsel, Data Managers, Budget Analysts, and Finance.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to perform quality analysis and manage data systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
