Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team
  • Supervise daily operations and keep workflow running smoothly
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with your Area Manager
  • Mentor, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
  • Spot team members who deserve more hours or a path toward promotion
  • Ensure Top Quality
  • Perform inspections and final walkthroughs
  • Fix issues on the spot and ensure standards are met every shift
  • Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
  • Keep Things Running Efficiently
  • Manage inventory—order supplies and keep track of stock levels
  • Make sure every cleaner has the tools they need before the shift starts
  • Stay within labor budgets and communicate any issues early
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and quickly
  • Support Strong Communication
  • Keep staff informed on process updates and hour changes
  • Ensure important messages from management are understood and followed
  • Collaborate with your Area Manager to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and your team
