Requirements

• Agriculture equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion required for job functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sale of residential and agricultural equipment to customers.
• Manages and follows up on all sales leads generated from social media and web traffic.
• Identifies and suggests complementary products for customers to enhance their purchasing experience.
• Provides customers with all aspects of the quote, including taxes, trade-in value, discounts, etc.
• Stays current on product knowledge regarding features and benefits of equipment.
• Monitors website traffic and adjusts marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintains knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchases.
• Arranges for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during the sales process.
