Jogger Operator- 3rd shift- 11pm-7am
About The Position
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Determine next planned operation for settings and adjustments to jogger machine. • Communicates and works with press operators or die cutter operators to ensure that loads are staged in advance. • Works with other Jogger Operators to rotate lunch and break times. • Select appropriate pallet for next operation and scrap top sheet. • Assure that all machines have their paper straight and aerated, making it easier to run through the machine. • Place stack on vibrating jogging table and engage controls to guide stack into precise alignment for next process and places stack on proper pallet for removal. • Clearly writes and displays order details on each load. • Examine sheets to detect any red marks with side guides or register variation. • Look for obvious defects when repelling blister cards or die cut forms. • Rotates with other Jogger Operators to maintain the baler system. • Must complete Final Inspection Checklist. • Other duties as assigned
