Position Summary (Day Program DSP | IDD Services | Community-Based Support) Position Overview: The Job Training Specialist/ Skills-Up Instructor supports adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in developing vocational, life, and employability skills that promote independence, confidence, and community integration. This role provides hands-on instruction, coaching, and supervision in community, workplace, and program settings, helping individuals achieve goals outlined in their service plans. This is an active, people-focused role ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring, coaching, and skill-building in real-world environments.
