The position involves supervising associates, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and monitoring performance. The supervisor will provide constructive feedback, teach and support associates in logistics and company policies, and identify training and development needs. They will also make recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates. Additionally, the role includes supporting associate engagement by providing learning and cross-training opportunities and building relationships to encourage teamwork across areas. The supervisor will monitor work plans, address issues, prioritize work assignments, resolve associate challenges, develop and implement processes, promote compliance and integrity, and lead and participate in teams.
