Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a functional area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment of internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in various software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in the use of PC and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, prepare financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and compliance with GAAP; IFRS is a plus.
• Financial Planning & Analysis, capital management, measure financial performance by tracking metrics/identifying trends.
• Inventory management, international shipping & receiving, supply chain coordination, data & system management, Third Party Logistics (3PL).
• Core functions include recruitment & onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Training & Development, being a strong business partner to leadership.
• Client relationship management, consultative selling, sales pipeline development, contract negotiations and closing.
