About The Position

MedStar Ambulance is seeking qualified candidates for Dispatchers, EMTs, and Paramedics to fill both IFT and 911 roles. The positions offer flexible shift schedules ranging from 8 to 24 hours, available 7 days a week, with competitive pay and sign-on bonuses for various roles.

Requirements

• EMT experience or relevant dispatching experience.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in emergency medical services (EMS) dispatching.
• Knowledge of local geography and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch operations for emergency and non-emergency medical services.
• Coordinate with EMTs and paramedics to ensure timely response to calls.
• Maintain communication with field personnel and provide support as needed.
• Document and track all dispatch activities and incidents accurately.
• Assist in training new dispatchers and EMTs as required.
