As a top-tier candidate, this employee will lead in the improvement of business processes by working with fellow employees and member-owners in developing creative business solutions that interface with other applications as necessary, including Oracle ERP, SharePoint, cloud-based applications, and other computer software systems. This position will implement and coordinate these solutions through application design, development, documentation, and training. Must have skills in effectively adapting to rapidly changing technology. Periodic patching and upgrading purchased software solutions will also be required. Lower-tier candidates will be involved in the same processes but will work less independently. Additional guidance and direction will be provided.
