Requirements

  • 5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service experience
  • 1 year of management or supervisory experience, required
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Experience in job file process and writing estimates, preferred
  • Driver's license in good standing

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certification, preferred
  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned job files to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
  • Create preliminary quotes for services using estimating software
  • Assist in scheduling Project Manager to complete jobs
  • Provide timely resolution of customer questions and concerns
  • Assist with after-hour questions, technical support, and handling customer calls, as needed
  • Train new hires and provide continued training sessions for performance improvement
