Located in both Goleta and Santa Barbara CA, these positions are responsible for ensuring the safety of our individuals while supporting them with self-help skills designed to encourage independence. We are currently recruiting for the following positions: Direct Support Professionals - Residential Services - FT & PT - Starting Pay $19/hr Direct Support Professional II Somerset - Residential Services - FT & PT - Starting Pay $21/hr (DOE) Direct Support Professional II Foothill - Residential Services - FT & PT - Starting Pay $28/hr (DOE) Personal Attendants - Supported Living Services - FT & PT - Starting Pay $19/hr ($16.90 for overnight asleep positions) Assistant Program Supervisor - Residential Services - FT - Starting Pay $24-$25/hr (DOE) Maintenance & Facilities Specialist - Goleta/Santa Barbara/Lompoc - FT - Starting Pay $21-$23/hr (DOE) Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assisting, instructing, and supporting our individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, bill pay, and grocery shopping Accompanying our individuals on community outings, medical appointments, and other activities, as directed Assisting with hygiene care Other duties, as directed General Shifts: Days: 7am-3pm (Foothill only 6am-2pm) Swings: 3pm-11pm (Foothill only 2pm-10pm) Overnights: 11pm-7am (Foothill only 2pm-10pm) Adult Day Program: 9am-3pm, M-F Bring a smile and resume and be ready to interview! Requirements

  • Valid CDL and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass thorough background checks & Livescan
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • The ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week for PT positions (18/24 hours depending on program)
  • One weekend shift per week required
  • Must be willing to work with aggressive and/or challenging behaviors (paid training upon hire)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting, instructing, and supporting our individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, bill pay, and grocery shopping
  • Accompanying our individuals on community outings, medical appointments, and other activities, as directed
  • Assisting with hygiene care
  • Other duties, as directed
