About The Position

We are looking for a (Part Time) Job Developer in our Employment Services program in the Island County area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in establishing, building, and maintaining partnerships with local businesses with the goal of matching employer needs to suitable client skills and interests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or closely related field
• 2 years successful experience in report writing or employment plan writing for individuals with barriers to employment
• Experience helping people with barriers meet their needs
• Sales/Marketing experience
