Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners to create competitive, integrated employment opportunities for persons served. Facilitate job placement and support employment outcomes through effective job matching, job carving, employer engagement, and follow-up. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and remain compliant with AbilityOne and CARF regulations, and adhere to company policies related to service provision. Serve as a point of contact for employer and community partners as needed. Responsibilities may include supporting onboarding coordination for placed persons served, addressing basic employer inquiries, providing information on available supports, and referring more complex or sensitive matters to appropriate internal staff.
