About The Position
Arizona Placement Concepts is an agency that has been in business for 13 years providing exceptional employment services to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Job Coach/Job Developer in Tucson, AZ to supervise and train high school graduates and adults with special needs in a simulated work setting. Job Coaches provide supervision and training to clients at their preferred work site, helping them be successful in achieving their goals and objectives for future competitive employment. As a Job Developer, you will also be responsible for networking and placing your clients into the community based on your clients' employment goals. This role is crucial in ensuring that individuals with disabilities receive the support they need to thrive in their work environments and achieve their career aspirations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, organized, and patient, ready to take on the challenges and rewards that come with this position.
