About The Position

The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for a Job Developer for BPACE. Under general supervision, recruits and determines J.T.P.A. (Job Training Partnership Act) eligibility of potential clients in employment training programs. Directs clients to assessment and appropriate training programs. Provides information and training in job search skills. Works with employers to develop jobs and O.J.T. (On Job Training) positions. Assists job development specialists in all job development activities related to B.P.A.C.E. (Baldwin Park Adult Career Education) vocational training program. Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid California Driver's License; have an acceptable driving record and qualify for insurability by the District's authorized insurance carrier.

Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Letters; within 2 years, must be dated and signed)
