The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) is dedicated to ending mass incarceration in California by empowering formerly and currently incarcerated individuals. The organization provides a support network, comprehensive reentry services, and opportunities for advocacy to ensure communities are safe, healthy, and whole. The Job Developer & Facilitator position is crucial in advancing ARC's mission by addressing workforce needs through innovative programming and partnerships. This role involves creating and nurturing relationships with employers, staying informed about Fair Chance Hiring laws, and conducting employment workshops to equip members with essential job-seeking skills. The Job Developer & Facilitator will also assist in maintaining compliance with various contracts and grants related to employment and education, participate in meetings to share best practices, and manage program data to track member progress. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach, identifying employment needs, and supporting members in achieving their employment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to social justice and equity, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
