Position Summary The Job Cost Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing project costs, budgets, and financial data to ensure accurate reporting and control. The ideal candidate will be adept at working across departments, particularly with project managers and accounting, to support cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job costing in office CRM and QuickBooks.
  • Oversee daily franchise financial operations.
  • Maintain accounting, computer, and financial records with CPA support.
  • Build rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist team members.
  • Collect information, monitor business operations, and detect issues.
  • Prepare monthly books, post payroll, manage AP, and reconcile QuickBooks transactions.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and insurance requirements.
