The Job Cost Accountant (JCA) at Paul Davis manages all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the franchise when the owner is unavailable and maintaining all accounting, computer, and financial records in conjunction with a CPA. Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
• Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
• Establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and fellow employees
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist other team members and foster positive working relationships with other departments
• Collect information and monitor various aspects of the business to detect problems
• Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors
• Enter timesheets and process payroll
