Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and fellow employees.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist other team members and foster positive working relationships with other departments.
• Represent the brand effectively.
• Collect information and monitor various aspects of the business to detect problems.
• Manage all phases of job costing.
• Manage daily operations of the franchise when the owner is not available.
• Maintain all accounting, computer, and financial records.
• Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates and insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Enter timesheets and process payroll.
