Duties include: To meet at assigned place and time and escort students to their vocational training site To guide students in acquiring job skills as outlined by St. Anthony's coordinator To work cooperatively with on-site personnel to establish student job responsibility To provide on-the-job training to students To form an appropriate supervisor/employee relationship; and to provide evaluation of the students May also be asked to assist staff by supporting students in our academic classes, as well as assist students with buying lunches. Key component is to provide inclusion for students. Must be a dedicated, reliable individual who is detail oriented and is willing to acquire knowledge of young adults with special needs. Hours: Mainly in need of Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9:15-11 and 12-2. That is the priority but will gladly help a student get up to as many hours that they want to work by adding other shifts. Operating hours are 7:45-2:15. Candidate should be available for at least one of those days/shifts.
