About the Role Job Coaches provide on-site support to individuals with disabilities or performance limitations to help them successfully maintain employment. After participants complete the job placement program, Job Coaches work alongside them at their job sites during the critical first weeks, offering guidance, feedback, and hands-on assistance. They observe performance, teach and reinforce job skills, address challenges, and build participants’ confidence while serving as a liaison between participants, employers, and office staff. By facilitating communication, resolving workplace issues, coordinating accommodations, and documenting progress, Job Coaches strengthen job retention, promote positive workplace relationships, and empower participants to achieve long-term independence in their roles. This position is scheduled on an as needed basis, with varying hours based on participant need. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
