Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites.
- Must be flexible and open to working various shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in human services, disability services, job coaching, or special education is a plusbut were willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings.
- Offer personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations.
- Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths, areas for growth, and job-readiness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and performance reviews.
- Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner employers.
- Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients.
