About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities in Norfolk, NE. What You’ll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment. As a Job Coach you will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Experience not required – we will train you!
Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment.
- Assist individuals on the job
- Communicate with employers in a professional manner.
