A Job Coach is responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities to help them achieve and maintain meaningful employment. The Job Coach will collaborate with employers to foster an inclusive work environment, provide on-site training and support, and advocate for accommodations when necessary. Additionally, they will monitor progress, offer constructive feedback, and ensure clients achieve their employment goals while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.This role requires strong communication, patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive in the workforce.
