About The Position

This posting is for an In-House Job Fair, where we will have open interviews for our Job Coach position. Please make sure to attend in person on Friday, April 10th, 2026. We are looking to fill both Part-Time and Full-Time positions, Weekend availability is a must. The pay for this position is $21.50 per hour and may be subject to a $2.00 shift differential after 6PM or Weekends. This position will be supervising participants (clients) and transporting these participants to and from the job site. The job is intended to mainly use an OPARC vehicle but will require the Job Coach to maintain a personal vehicle that is registered, insured, and that can pass an inspection.
