The job requires working one-on-one or in small groups with participants to develop job-seeking and vocational skills, assisting them in obtaining and maintaining employment, and developing career plans consistent with their Individual Service Plans (ISP). Additionally, the role involves supporting job development through outreach to local businesses, conducting job searches, and providing ongoing support to maintain successful employment.
