About The Position

Hands of Heartland is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities in Lincoln, NE. As a Job Coach, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment. You will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience not required – we will train you!
