This paraprofessional position provides life skill and vocational skill habilitation and/or rehabilitation to individuals with disabilities in accordance with the IDD Waiver program. A Job Coach trains, monitors, and assists an individual in the Waiver Program in general work skills in a variety of work environments such as dining areas, kitchens, office buildings, and retail establishments. Work environment: This position involves moving with clients, sitting for periods of time, and occasionally driving to other work locations.
