Job Coach/Employment Specialist
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employment Specialist / Job Coach to join the team in Montgomery County, PA. We have clients in Pottstown, PA and Bryn Mawr, Lansdale PA and surrounding areas currently needing a Job Coach. BAYADA’s Job Coaches work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Requirements
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Day-time availability
Nice To Haves
- ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred, but not required.

- Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
- Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
- Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
