About The Position

ETTA non-profit (supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities) is seeking a Job Coach / DSP (Direct Support Personnel) Locations Santa Monica to North Hollywood (roundtrip) Schedule Mondays - Fridays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Experience Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred). Job Coach or DSP (Direct Support Professional) experience is helpful but not required. Additional A Typical Day for this rewarding Job Coach position: Pick up client (a young adult male) from his home in Santa Monica and take him to his place of employment in North Hollywood. Perform as his Job Coach at office work site. Client is fun and full of personality. He loves to joke around and build strong, lasting relationships. At end of shift, take him back home to Santa Monica (mileage reimbursement provided). Qualifications 21+ years of age A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and insured vehicle (with your name listed as an authorized driver) Willingness to transport client using personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Jewish traditions and culture helpful (not required) Paid Training Provided! Requirements

21+ years of age
A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and insured vehicle (with your name listed as an authorized driver)
Willingness to transport client using personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred).
