About The Position

ETTA (non-profit / Human Services) is seeking a Job Coach / Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our Employment Services - Community Integration Department Location: North Hills (San Fernando Valley) and surrounding community Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (30 hours per week) Experience: Must have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs. Description: Seeking friendly, personable, positive and patient staff who can be a motivator and a mentor. Support client both with the management and growth of his mobile car washing business, as well as outside of work for support with health and nutrition, exercise, budgeting, etc. Seeking staff who is active - likes outdoor activities, including hiking and recreational sports. Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance coverage
• Willingness to drive with our client using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs
