About The Position
West Boylston Public Schools seeks a licensed Job Coach/COTA for the remainder of the 2025-2026 academic year (long-term subsitute positon).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to high school students and young adults (ages 18-22) in academic, vocational, and community settings.
- Facilitate skill development in areas such as independent living, community participation, social/emotional growth, and workplace readiness.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and community agencies to promote successful transitions to employment, higher education, and independent living.
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual needs.
- Support students in real-world environments including job sites, community programs, and daily living activities.
