The Healthcare team works on various projects from medical & health facilities to specialty clinics. An ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of building systems, codes, and standards as they relate to their assigned projects and assists in collaborating with internal staff and studio and firm management as well as external contacts. This individual has experience with projects ranging in size and complexity. We are looking for a stellar individual who wants to change the world, one project at a time. Sound like you?

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years architectural project experience
  • Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam
  • Prior experience with Healthcare projects (OSHPD/HCAI experience a huge plus)

  • Familiarity with alarm system design and coordination and its integration into healthcare facility design

Responsibilities

  • Lead production and coordination of construction documents, ensuring alignment with healthcare codes, standards, and consultant work.
  • Collaborate with project architects to resolve design, program, and regulatory requirements (OSHPD/HCAI, agency approvals).
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project phases to maintain project continuity.
  • Support development of bid and construction packages and assist with construction administration activities.
  • Track and communicate impacts to scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including client or consultant-driven changes.
  • Contribute to project planning, enforce QA/QC standards, and ensure compliance with firm and healthcare design protocols.
  • Delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and support team deliverables, presentations, and multi-project workflows.
