About the job: JMP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Counsel Intern to assist our legal team with a wide range of legal tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The JMP Legal team is responsible for advising on a variety of legal matters, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The legal team advises several cross-functional business areas including but not limited to the following: Sales, Marketing, Digital Operations, Business Operations, User Enablement, Product Management, and Human Resources. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research and analysis, contract management, policy, and compliance.
