About the job: The Digital Operations team is seeking a motivated and curious Intern to join us this summer! This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related fields who is interested in the intersection of technology and business operations. This intern will gain hands-on experience supporting our ERP ecosystem, helping to document business processes, test system enhancements, and contribute to process improvement iinitiatives that make our internal systems more efficient and user-friendly.

Requirements

Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement.
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in a team environment.
Not graduating prior to Dec 2026.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to coursework in ERP systems (eg NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
Familiarity with querying or scripting languages (eg JavaScript, SQL, Python)
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)

Responsibilities

S ystem Support & Anal ysis: Assist the team with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or related applications).
Data Quality & Reporting: Help identify data inconsistencies, perform cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates.
Process Documentation: Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshooting & Testing: Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts.
R esearch & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
