The Product Group Engineer- NA Medical Technology ERP is responsible for owning NA medical technology ERP product group, engineering team which is responsible for design, build and deployment. The role will also require leading Deliver functional teams.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of working experience in SAP/SD LE is required and must have four end to end full lifecycle implementation experience.
A minimum of 5 year is of ERP project management.
A minimum of 4 years of experience managing the IT teams is required.
A minimum 3 years of AGILE methodology experience is required.
Should be comfortable with digging deep into SAP and guiding team technically and functionally.
Cross functional knowledge of FI, MM, and Plan is required.
Track record of large program delivery and compliance is required.
Must have experience of working with technical teams like ABAP, Basis, security and Web methods is required.
Should have experience working with global teams.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills is required
Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously is required.

Nice To Haves

End to end Supply Chain experience is preferred.
Experience with FDA environment preferred.
Experience with medical device business is preferred.

Responsibilities

The person would be playing a product group engineer in a HPT team and will be point of contact TS Build, Design, Test, and Deployment for the largest MT ERP(SAP) platform.
Work with RTE to intake, estimate, and quote for all requirements and across process areas.
Manage Business/Business technology teams relationship for MT ERP.
Own and manage change Management, release review, Common object management, and deployment for the MT ERP Platform.
Support planning of environment activities including Refresh strategy for the platform/Decommissioning in partnership with the basis/application support team.
Support platform reliability activities for MT ERP in partnership with the run/support team.
Build a product team with required capacity to support MT ERP projects across functional areas.
