  • Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and understanding data modeling and architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues related to platform performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to others.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for managing application deployments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Previous experience in user experience design and optimization for collaborative platforms.
