About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the warehouse and shipping departments with multiple tasks, having the willingness to switch from task to task as assigned, including working in various areas of the department.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and work instructions or procedure manuals
Math skills used add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and to compute rate, ratio, and percentage
Critical thinking skills necessary to solve practical problems
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Pick JIT (Just-in-Time) customer orders using VLMS, AutoStore or carts.
Inspect cartons for damage and incorrect labeling.
Verify orders are accurate and complete.
Print clear labels and apply to cartons.
Check parts in verifier screen.
Assist in the Hot Cells.
Label and tape boxes as needed.
Put away products into VLMs, AutoStore or racking.
Maintain equipment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Be actively involved in proactive measures towards safety for self and co-workers.
Ability to meet job expectations and duty changes as required by changing company needs.
Other job activities as assigned.
