As a system administrator on our project, you'll not just work with clients to ensure Jira is best answering their requirements, but you'll also integrate Jira and other Atlassian products into networks leveraging the latest technology in virtualization, Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI), and other cutting-edge technologies! You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like advanced Atlassian deployments, cloud computing, VMware, and other virtualization environments that require the collaboration of Jira and Confluence.   • Administer Jira and other Atlassian products for client-facing applications.
  • Integrate Jira into networks using virtualization and VDI technologies.
  • Monitor and manage network performance for clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize client networks.
  • 3+ years of experience with Jira Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience administering a client-facing software or application deployment.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining a variety of project types within Jira software, including Kanban, Scrum, and other types.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience with Jira Administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • CompTIA Net+ or Sec+ Certification.
