About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), supporting the 363rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW). The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role in Jira administration and mission support to ensure the success of 363 ISRW’s analysis and targeting missions. This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate intelligence processes into mission objectives effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: 20 years w/o a degree or 18 years with AS/AA or 16 years with BS/BA or 14 years with MS/MA or 12 years with PhD
  • DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 451, Intermediate level
  • Proficiency in mission support management, intelligence planning, and operational-level intelligence coordination.
  • Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.
  • Understand 363 ISRW role in analysis and globally integrated targeting.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as with the 363 ISRW or similar organization.
  • Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.
  • Knowledge of mission support management and operational-level intelligence planning.
  • Masters Degree and 15 plus years or have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mission support management to ensure the effective execution of ISR operations and intelligence activities.
  • Develop and implement intelligence management processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine areas of improvement within the current operational Jira environment.
  • Work with Jira filters, dashboards, workflows, and Jira administration in order to collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices.
  • Improve Jira security and set access permissions for Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
  • Perform basic Linux and Windows Server administration tasks.
  • Travel required up to 15%
